Deleted those from the rub...add them when you foil the ribs, (if you want the vinegar...maybe on the pork butts...ribs?)
Drop the red pepper flakes. You already have enough heat in there.
Dried minced onions? They need to rehydrate to become effective. How about some onion powder? Equivalent amount?
One shake of cinnamon instead of a few. That stuff goes a long way.
Try a batch with one tsp of Hershey's chocolate powder. See if you like that. Might not work, just thought I would throw that in.
