The neighbors keep your driveway clean if it snows more than 3 inches. Just the way we are here. :) There is also rental property available with the sale if you want to go that route. And for $30 I'll let you run for the BOD of the RMBBQA in December. What a deal! You could even teach classes at the barn. (It just looks like a could live there! We don't build cheap barns in this neighborhood, It's worth $100k) All worth thinking about. We don't have tornadoes, floods, hurricanes...we do get some snow and cold weather once in a while, usually doesn't last over 3 or 4 days. 300 days of sunshine a year. I've been in the same general spot since 1976, been in this house since '87 and don't plan on moving back to Illinois where I lived for the first 27 years of my life. 15 minutes from downtown Denver. Coors Field is 12 minutes away. Invesco is about 20 minutes with light traffic. One hour to great skiing from October to April. (Great Skiing) 6 hours from Winter Q, 9 hours from the Royal. The Jack is a drive...get over it! 12 hours to Vegas if you are slow. End of the tour for now. If you want more info, let me know.
