The Rubbermaid folks provided a bunch of their Rubbermaid Proserve Carriers for the really big Operation BBQ For Our Troops cook we did at the 29 Palms Marine Base in California a few years back.

Don't know about keeping cold items cold but they did great keeping the hot meats hot.

Big plus is they are very light weight and yet very sturdy.

At the time the spacing inside for sliding trays in/out was a bit tight, hopefully they've adjusted that.

Overall, good product, worth a serious look at.
