The more ribs you pile together, the more it cooks like one big piece of meat. If you have cooker space, to cook in bulk, instead of wrapping each rack of ribs separately, you might try putting a rib rack (the metal rib holder) into a foil hotel pan, place ribs into rack, then foil wrap the whole thing. That way, you can "wrap" lots of ribs all at once. Good Q'en On Ya'. John
