I had the chance to visit Adam Perry Lang today at his latest restaurant partnered with Jamie Oliver in London and the place is spectacular. Adam showed me the extensive meat selection, aging, and trimming rooms and it's really impressive. If you know Adam at all you'll understand how much this reflects his passion for meat. He's very happy! The setting is beautiful looking out at St Paul's Cathedral and the kitchen uses an amazing array of wood fired techniques not limited to a pizza oven, a JR Oyler smoker, a APL designed badass charcoal grill with multiple levels, a hanging charcoal fired grill and a wood burning tandoori oven. Freaking amazing and another clear reflection of Adam's passion. Good luck old friend but frankly I don't think your going to need it. BTW lunch was a couple lamb skewers that I'd have again tomorrow,
