thanks for the replies. I am not a novice to bbq and grilling, this is just the first time i have tackled something this big before. I just dont want it raw or overcooked so I am looking at following the 1- 1.5 hr per lb method but that means for a 3 pm meal on saturday i need to put it in at 6 tomorrow morning.
