Mine was flipping a ribeye that I had frying in a cast iron skillet. Went to flip it and it flopped sending a small tsunami of fat at my belly, chest and face. Not a stellar moment. Left me with a half dozen burns. Boy I chewed that steak a good one I'll tell ya ;-)
