I was at a camp ground near Lake Havasu 2 weeks ago. A Vender was cooking Tri-Trip. I saw him pouring his marinade on the half cooked meat. I thought I had I had learned here that was a big NONO! When I asked the cook about it he said that only counts with chicken. Am I wrong to worry about this cook? Or is it really only chicken I should only worry about. I donít want to make people sick the few times I cook for a crowd!
