Beef Brisket on the Weber Gas Grill

I have chicken going on the Weber charcoal grill at 2PM, and will eat by 5. However, I now have brisket with a dry rub on it all night and I have a weber gas grill. Any advice on how to cook this on the gas grill.

Cook slow now? Add smoke? Or wait and cook hotter later?
