My 4th is today, work tomorrow. Last nite I marinated 4 ribeye with salt, fresh cracked pepper, garlic, a little worster sauce, 18 year old balsamic and some extra virgin tuscan olive oil. Also found some of that Brazilion Beef Rub made by Spice Islands that was hiding in the cupboard. Unfornately they don't make it anymore and I love it...nice find. About to go on the grill with some cherry wood and tortillas and fixins on the side.
