They are what I call my beans on our menu. They are LOADED with pulled pork.
1 each #10 can of Bush's bean pot beans.
1+1/4 lb. pulled pork.
4 "gluncks" of Sweet Baby Rays original (from a gallon jug with a wedge cut out of the paper on top of the jug. )
Mix all in an aluminum roasting pan and put into the smoker underneath the butts. (When the butts are dripping)
Remove when hot and skim some of the fat off the top. Then mix well.
If you want you can add chopped onion, peppers etc. I, however, am dealing with folks from The Villages. For them the simpler, the better.
