Made a roadtrip down to Georgia back in May to pick up a trailer in Ocilla, and 2 Stumps Classics in Centerville. Shop was busy and I was sorry to have missed Stump. My previous Stumps was circa 2007, I've cooked on the new ones half a dozen times and I'm not missing the old one anymore, how did I survive without a slamlatch all this time. I would typically have a couple of bridge problems with the charcoal on the old one and I was fairly careful, no issues so far with the new ones. Smokers were also done on time which was a pretty bid deal for me since trailer was not done though Stumps.
