Well I'm going to put the skin on, bone-in slpit chicken breasts on the offset today but they are kind of large and I'm afraid that 1 hour won't be enough cook time. I guess I should just go by temperature but that is difficult when you are making dinner for that day and it needs to be done at a certain time. Anyone have any ideas about cook time???
