I ended up cooking the skin on, bone-in chicken breasts at 300 Deg. F for an hour and a half. They hit 170 Deg. F internal and were very moist and juicy. What a success...and here I was all worried they wouldn't turn out okay. Thanks for everyone's help...I really appreciate it!
