Need to add some fruit juice in the foil before it gets sealed up. 1 1/2 hours for baby backs, 2 hours for spares. Keep them off the direct heat...about 250* or so, or that stuff in the foil will become really hard black stuff on the meat side of the ribs. Not pretty.
The process works for me. You may need to play with the times some. Depends on your style of smoker. Butt, the ingredients are right.
