You need to kick the smoker temp up by about 100*. That should take about 8 Kingsford briquettes, or half a pound of lump stuff, lit and into the smoker.
It's 83* here in Denver. Time to put some steaks on the grill. (potatoes are done and the baby spinach/strawberry salad is ready. Need to add salt to the ice cream maker...
