I soak corn for a couple of hours in a simple sugar/salt mix. 1 gallon of water,two cups sugar and one cup kosher salt. The extra moisture makes it steam in the husk. Regular size ears about 1 hour on the Lang at 250. I say it is done when the kernals start looking clear.
