I turn in sliced skin-on boneless breasts with bone-in skin on-thighs as judges want bite through skin.
I have turned in all breast meat once...and did well.
Finding a flavorful recipe and technique to cook breasts to Bob in Fla's specifications is not easy, so is keeping it moist for the judges.
