I've tossed around putting one of these up in the back yard for some time now. 3 things I love are homemade breads especially ciabatta, pizzas and bbq. It would be fun doing some fire roasted meats in one of them, like you said in particular poultry and those 2-3 minute pizzas with caputo flour.
