Well, I plan on BBQ'ing my first salmon filet tomorrow. Still not quite sure of cooking time and temp., but I'm going to try it anyway. Supposed to only take about an hour...I'm guessing about 250 Deg. F for a cooking temp. Hey, I'll try it and let you know what happened.
