Well we dont have to worry about it now since it has been banned...But I highly doubt that it was ever really done properly at a contest. And if it had, it would have probably been illegal anyway. You need to constant be circulating and maintaining the temp of the water. Pouring 160 degree water in a cambro with a probe in it, isnt properly.
