Can do without all of the adders--Guru's, fan controls, probes, augers, or whatever. But can I keep the Thermapen? It needs to be used to ensure all is cool, and it took a long time of convincing by my wife, team member Brett, and other comp cook friends that it would be one of the best investments I could make to ensure that my temps were accurate. I used to up until last year use the probe stick thermometers, must be the old restaurant guy thing that never seemed to leave me.

Thanks God for my Thermapen. It's the simple things. Even bought a spare, probably won't need it for a while.
