Just curious. If each team was given an FEC, same model, butts, briskets, ribs, and chicken all from the same processor, the same rub, same lump, same wood chunks, etc., would the difference in the product be vastly different, slightly different, or pretty close in flavor etc.? Please explain your answers as well as this is an interesting question to me and some friends. We all brew our own beer, same grains, same hops, same boil times, same basic equipment, same yeast but with differences ranging from very similar to is this the same style.
