Good point. If you are a judge, what,s your preference. Had one entry a while back that had so much garnish, the meat was partially hidden. I scored it high because the MEAT looked good. On our circuit, we have one or two cooks that co not use garnish. Their arrangement is so good, that garnish would be a detraction. Hope that answers your question.
