I cannot agree more. I was cooking some average to nasty stuff until I purchased this e-book a few years back. Also subscribed to the Barbecue Coach until I got the principles and techniques down. Boosted my confidence from 30% to about 80%. My first ever brisket turned out excellent using their methods, have tweaked and changed a few things for my own liking down the road, but with the cost being less than a ruined brisket trial and error outing, it is a no brainer. Tells you things that the other books do not, and I have read many. Highly recommend, highly.
