I know this isn't BBQ related...I was going to go to Ray's Grilling Forum, but judging from the post dates, not too many folks go there. Anyway, if you can help me...I have 4 split chicken breasts with ribs atnd skin attached. I'll be cooking on a rather powerful Weber S-310 gas grill. I would like to know how long per side I would need and if I should use high temp or medium temp to cook. I was thinking to keep the flames on high and cook about 10 minutes per side...what do you think? If you can help me out, please feel free to give me a post for my confidence. Thanks in advance!
