I like it, but I also liked it a lot more back in the good old days when it was a sort of hole in the wall local joint. But if you are going to invest, it seems to me you need to visit several of their locations in different areas, sample all the food, and the figure out if you as a frachisee will have any ability to change anything if you find it has possibilities but isn't what you think it ought to be. Of course, in the end, if it is an investment, all you should care about is whether or not the product sells. It's not like it's immoral to sell bad BBQ, LOL! Presumably they don't kill baby seals or anything.....
