I would say to become a better judge needs to start first with really wanting to be a better judge and become passionate as a judge. Wanting to do more and more contests for the experience, talk with teams afterwards, take their task seriously, know what the points their given really mean. I like to ask judges questions on saturday evening, and I appreciate their feedback. And I would hope them talking to me, they may learn something too.

I've gotten to know quite a few judges over the years, and I have to say, I would hope all judges are like them.
