Eric, It's not too hard to figure out the money muscle. its those cuts of pork that look like slices of tenderloin. once I even asked the rep if it was tenderloin, and he checked it out for me. On the subject of chicken, The best box I have ever seen had NO garnish, 6 thighs, and 6 pcs of breast meat to take up space in the box. Not only did it look good, it kad great texture and taste. Straight 9s.
