Wrap them in foil and lay them on my roof. You have three options of heat, extreme, severe, or exceptional. Whatever that means, that's been the forcast all summer.
Or you could wrap them in foil, plastic wrap, or follow other peoples advice. Just remember that they will keep cooking as they lay waiting and you might have to deal with rib meat falling off the bones.
