If all briskets start out as "packer trims" then the "flat" seperated, what happens to the rest of the "packer trim" which would be the "point"?
I bet we have a lot of folks on this forum that will provide an answer that you can take to the bank, or meat market as the case may be.
I to am interested in this as a couple of weeks ago at an event in Greenwood, SC I had some "burnt ends" that were absolutely exquisite!
