I have a Big Green Egg that I occasionally like to throw a Steak on but I can't seem to get the temp up on it. After and hour and a half it was still only at like 350 degrees.My question is do guys who have them use lump charcoal to grill or do you change and use regular charcoal which seems to burn hotter. Maybe I am not using enough lump?? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
