1 pound thick cut bacon; 1 cup brown sugar; 2 T of your favorite rub (I like Homebbq.com Orange Habenaro); 1 gallon zip lock bag. Put all ingredients in the ziplock bag; massage bacon and other stuff until bacon is covered. Hold in fridge 2 hours to overnight. Smoke it until bacon is done -- about an hour at 250-260.
