I assume that your tank is 32 inches in diameter. The door opening into the cook chamber will have the bottom edge 16 inches from the bottom of the tank. The reverse plate should be 6 inches below the grate. The plate should slope toward the opposite end from the firebox. The top of the firebox should be approx 2 inches below the grate level. The opening from the firebox should be approx 4 inches below the plate and the opening should be approx 4 inches tall and 28 inches wide. The plate should stop approx 4 inches from the opposite end of the cook chamber. The plate should be welded to the firebox end. I put two stacks on my builds, one on each end. The stack on the firebox end should extend down to approx 3 inches above the grate. You need adjustable dampers on you stacks to keep water/birds out. I would use 6 inch pipes. If you do not have enough draft, it is difficult to increase the pipe size. If this is a trailer rig, remember that garage heights are 6'-6 approx. Two stacks can be used to regulate temps. from each end of the smoker. All of the dimensions are approx. Let me know if you need anything else and keep me posted on progress.
