Sam's Local events not A.R. qualifiers

Well shoot - just got a call from the American Royal that the Sam's Club Local events are/were not qualifiers for the Invitational.

Guess it never really said that anywhere. Just assumed since they were being run as Sanctioned contests, but there weren't any Governors Procs - A.R. confirmed that was the hiccup.

Oh well. There is always next year.
