This Is our sixth year cooking on our single axle Spicewine. I love it! Would recommend you replace the cook grates with expanded steel as we did last year. I sometimes wonder why Jay chooses not to insulate the door but on cold nights at comps when I lean up against it with my back, I thank him! LOL! I put a Guru on mine but not sure I needed it. Guru says cooking with water messes with temp readings. Not sold on that statement. We did quite well in 2010 with the Spicewine including six Grands and another this year. I have no complaints with this fantastic cooker! Highly recommended!
