Actually I'd like to try a 45 minute turn in schedule, starting with chicken at 11:30, ribs at 12:15, pork at 1:00 and brisket at 1:45. That's not that far off the normal schedule for KCBS. I think it would give the judges an opportunity to make comment cards, go pottie, and let the food settle a little.
The other thing I would like to see is that only the four main categories get judged on Saturday, or if there is a sauce or salsa or dessert category scheduled that they be required to be judged after the four main categories. Everything else gets judged on Friday night.
