45 minutes maybe. But an hour seems to long. Even for a guy who cooks alone the 30 minutes works fine. I kinda like the bam bam pace of it all. Id however like to see the turn ins start at 11am instead of noon. Gets us out and on the road a bit faster in the afternoon.
