For the Rooster, no difference with us using comp recipes at home vs at a comp. But then again, rarely do comp recipes at home unless we are doing a full-blown 4-category runthrough, usually before the beginning of the season. We like to eat at home the simple things on brisket, salt pepper and paprika.
