1st question is how are you going to be paid?
2nd question do you supply everything from what you are being paid or is someone else paying for the meat and sides.
If it were me I'd cook anout 1200 burgers and about 1000 dogs. Not the little franks but s good sized dogs. Use a good quality burger as well. If you cook good food you will get repete rerquests for youe service. With 1500 hungry folks that could be a lot of business in your future.
As for the sides I would go with beans and slaw, 1300 to 1400 sides each. There will be many people who will only want one or the other of the sides. Maybe hace a few hundred small bags of chips for those who don't want beans or slaw. Most likely you can return the unused chips if the boxes have not been opened.

Best of luch and Happy Cooking.
