Smoking my Brisket - HELP PLEASE!

I just got a smoker a few weeks ago and cooked a small (4.5 lb) brisket on it and a few other things like a whole chicken & baby back ribs. My issue is I have a big birthday party tomorrow and the only brisket I could find was 13.5 lbs. Now my other small brisket took about 6.5 hours to cook & an hour to rest and it was some what tender. If going by the normal rule of smoking at 225 degrees at 1.5-2 hours per pound, am I really looking at 27 hours???? I mean that seems like a really long time. I would like to maybe start it tonight since the guest will be arriving around 4pm tomorrow. I also have a 7.5 lb. pork butt I am going to throw in there too. Any ideas how long that should take?

Thanks for all the suggestions...I am a newbie with this smoker, but I think I am getting the hang of it!
