I'm not all that sure how to calculate things with that pork butt thrown in there, but I know when we do brisket, it's usually about an hour-1.5 hours per lb at 225 and then about an hour to rest - but that's after trimming the brisket and injecting it as well. 2 hours per lb seems a bit much. Have you cooked multiple meats on this smoker at the same time before?
