Just got to the office and saw this from last night. This is one of those posts I love to see here. It's one of those things that I feel should be happening here on this forum. I see that there are a couple of people "on" right now that could be of tremendous help, but it looks like you really got great advise. I agree with meatcutter as well. just moving up to 250 is going to make a world of difference, and it really depends on the type of cooker you have going there.
