There are many options to go with including simple stainless wire. However, since we received our new Klose pit with a roaster built in on one section, and since we cater a significant number of whole hogs during the season, I was looking for something professionally made. Alan at at pig out roasters (pigout.ca)came to my rescue. In fact it was from watching his videos that got me in the search for the clamps and supports. They are now on their way to me. Next year we will look into investing capital funds to buy some of his roasters.
