You can purchase seeds from a grower in Hatch, New Mexico and have good results in your area... Hatch is the area grown, with several different names, not a specific Hatch chili...

I planted chili seeds next to bell pepper seeds and received a surpise package from the bells and cross pollination... Nicely flavored bells with spice that roasted up beautifully... "You can't fool with Mother Nature"... I did by accident and it was a great treat...
