AC for your Cargo Trailer

Just purchased a new Cargo Trailer and installed at 13,500 BTU AC on the roof. I had to double up the roof beams to hold the weight and also run some beams the length of the trailer just for added support. But what I have found that the AC unit still bounces a lot when going down the highway. Is this common for an AC on a Cargo Trailer? The roof of the Cargo trailer is just the factory very thin aluminum. Any recommendations?
