I prefer to cook my ribs 3-2-1 with foil till almost fall off the bone. However, i am cooking 50 racks this weekend and think this method would be a pain in the a$$...
How do you cook ribs in quantity? Can they come close to as good as fall off the bone without foil, or are they slightly chewy? Whats the best method?
