Once I tried laying a large sheet of foil on my smoker rack then placing about 8 slabs at a time on it side by side. Added whatever I planned to add to the ribs then laid a second piece over the top and quickly sealed the sides. It worked OK. Was a little bit of a pain but not like wrapping all individually. I'd just skip it unless you really feel like you want to wrap. You have to have some wide racks or it's pointless. I've also piled several slabs in a full pan and covered with foil. Problem there, some got tender and others in the middle of the pile did not.
