We got ours in early. Started Ole Bessie up kinda late after work last night for our family reunion around 7~pm.
Once she was up to temp. meat was seasoned loaded her with 16 pork spares , two briskets , forty lbs. of chicken , and the final stack was thirty lbs. of cajun homemade sausage .
Guess we will come up with something for Labor Day.
Any suggestions ?
