I soaked my ribs overnight in a marinade/mop sauce I found on line that called for 1/2 cup, water, 1/2 cup vinegar, and spices, seasoned salt, garlic, chili.....This morning, portions of the ribs almost looked cooked. I am just learning the smokin thang. So any comment or advice is welcomed. What caused that, am I doing something wrong, and any advice on a better process? Thanks!!!
